My initial research into big laboratory-grown diamonds in September 2022 revealed there were 107 stones that weigh 10ct or more on one of the most popular wholesale platforms.
Last month, there was 2,817 (16th October 2023).

As a rough prediction, we could see the amount of 10ct+ laboratory-grown diamonds rise up to over 40,000 stones by November 2024 (based on a more modest calculation of a 20% increase in volume month on month for the next year).
The big laboratory-grown diamonds currently on offer range from 10ct to 33.48ct. The cheapest verifiable stone is a 10.02ct H SI1 radiant priced at $3,760 USD wholesale ($375.00 per carat).
Thirty other 10ct+ laboratory-grown diamonds are priced under $4,000 USD wholesale on the same website. A further 121 are priced under $5000 USD.
This is a big increase in the amount of stones priced under $5000 compared to last month, which had thirty-one stones in total priced below $5000.00 wholesale.
